Wysper, an innovative platform that uses AI to transform audio into written content. The company’s leadership, including their CEO and CTO, had already built the platform but sought a fast-paced partner to help accelerate development and improve performance.

The Problem we are try to solve

Wysper faced significant performance challenges, with the core feature of converting audio into written content being extremely slow. This issue was especially critical for their paid platform, as it impacted client satisfaction and slowed down client onboarding. The company needed a solution that could drastically improve processing speeds while maintaining accuracy, and also enhance the platform’s overall performance.

The Solution

SyncScrum collaborated closely with Wysper to optimize their platform.

Optimizing the AI model to speed up the audio-to-content conversion process, significantly improving processing time without sacrificing quality.

Handling the deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure a scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure that could support growing demand.

Developing new features, including a LinkedIn post scheduling tool, enabling users to seamlessly schedule and automate posts directly from the platform. This feature added a layer of convenience and functionality, allowing users to not only generate content but also manage their social media outreach more efficiently.

Increasing platform performance, which led to enhanced user experiences and greater operational efficiency.
