Dudda is a platform built to revolutionize how users interact with their cloud-stored data. The client came to us with a concept for a platform that could integrate with Google Drive and OneDrive, allowing users to not only select documents but also engage with them using AI. Additionally, the platform aimed to offer AI-driven interactions with long-form videos. The client's vision was on paper, and our challenge was to turn it into a fully functional platform.

Challenge

The primary challenge we faced was handling large-scale, complex data, particularly with Excel sheets. Users often have extensive datasets in their cloud drives, and extracting meaningful insights from that data was a key requirement. The AI model needed to be optimized to process vast amounts of information quickly and accurately. Additionally, the platform needed to support high traffic loads, especially considering the large user base in South America.

Sync Scrum took the client's initial concept and transformed it into a fully functional, scalable platform.

Key components of our solution included:

Optimized AI model: We developed a custom AI solution designed to accurately and efficiently interact with data stored in Excel sheets, answering queries and extracting actionable insights.

Cloud integration: The platform seamlessly integrated with Google Drive and OneDrive, allowing users to select and interact with documents stored in their accounts.

AI interaction with long-form videos: We enabled the platform to analyze and generate meaningful conversations from long-form video content, enhancing the platform’s versatility.

Scalable infrastructure on AWS: To handle large amounts of traffic, we deployed Dudda on AWS, ensuring high availability, reliability, and the ability to scale as the user base grew.

Payment Gateway Integration with Stripe: We incorporated Stripe as the payment gateway, allowing seamless subscription and transaction processing for users.
